Upon inspection of outlet and microwave microwave was still functional and did not see any major issues outlet microwave was plugged into did not have any signs of burn marks. It was hard to reset. Customer was still complaining of outlet being hard to plug appliances in so I replaced with a standard decor outlet that seem to be easier for customer to plug appliances in in addition, customer had me throw away microwave she did not want to use anymore. Took pictures of customers AC unit AC unit seems to be fairly new being 2021.
Surge protector and under cabinets install
Upon approaching generator, there were no alarms generator was in auto mode and function properly did maintenance on generator and also checked meter for propane tank after maintenance generator was set back on auto and is in great running condition. Customer would like to contact her and let her know who she needs to get in touch with to have her tank filled in case of an emergency.
When plugging into outlets we notice a few of them were in bad shape and need to be replaced.
